The Sacred Geometry in the Radiant Spirit Logo

Sacred Geometry is known as Dodecagonthe architecture of the universe. Found throughout the natural world, it is all around us as an aspect of the true matrix. Sacred Geometry has a unique appeal to both left and right brain ways of thinking simultaneously. It satisfies the left brain desire for the logical, sequential and objective data or “looking at the parts.” It also satisfies the right brain desire for random, intuitive and subjective data, the “study of the whole.”

Within this thinking everything can be reduced to structure and consciousness. I was inspired to incorporate this simple, elegant Sacred Geometry artwork as a symbol to represent the functional process and mindfulness of Radiant Spirit.

The essence of Sacred Geometry is based on single pointed-ness unfolding into duality. I see Radiant Spirit and my devotion to healing others as single pointed-ness unfolding into duality and then into the unity of loving consciousness through practical and intuitive healing practices. The original formation of Radiant Spirit in 2009 began as a small seed (single point) brought about by a desire to help and serve others with Complimentary Alternative Medicine (CAM). The first practice offered by Radiant Spirit was Reiki. As my interests and education in other forms of healing arts such as Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and Shamanism grew I put my learning, experience, practical knowledge and intuitive capacities to use by offering it all with grace and in service of others (duality). As I continue to grow in the spirituality of my Dharma/true path the breath of the Sacred Geometry in the logo therefore has taken on an even greater significance (unity).

The Dodecagon (12 sided polygon) pictured on this page is achieved when the arms of the six-pointed star in the center intersect the outer rims of the six circles. A perfect division of space into twelve parts is formed.

This geometrical form is also known as a sub-grid that yields many beautiful patterns. Representing the known and the unknown in the cosmos. This grid calls to mind infinity, the omnipresent, the beautiful structure of nature and promise of creativity. You might find it intriguing that this dodecagon is also made from six squares and six equilateral triangles fitted around a hexagon. While our eye is unable to see the fourth dimension, viewing the different shapes moving in and out within this polygon taking on 2 and 3 dimensional forms is very pleasing and fun.

I always offer my services with respect and loving kindness in homage to the universal law. Much Metta.
